Do you deliver across Indonesia?
Yes. Greater Jakarta and Bali take 1–2 working days, the rest of Java 2–3 days, and the other islands 5–8 days by sea freight or 2 days by air. We quote the freight cost before the order is confirmed.
Can I order colour samples first?
Yes. 0.5 kg sample pots are available for the decorative lines, or we can send an A4 sample board made with the same material and technique as on a real wall. On-screen colours are indicative — always decide from a physical sample.
Do you provide specification support for projects?
Yes. We supply technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS) per product, quantity take-offs from drawings within one working day, and spectrophotometer colour matching from a physical chip of at least 3×3 cm (minimum batch 15 kg).
